Our convenient location

We understand that travelling to access health care services in Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire can be difficult and costly especially when you have elderly patients, or those with young children or others who rely on family, friends and carers to take them. We are located within easy reach of the A11, A134, A1066, A1075 & B1107 and with ample free parking which takes out a lot of the stress and anxiety of using our facilities for your patients’ care. Patients no longer need to travel to a city location and suffer rush hour anxieties for attending their community appointments

Ease of booking

Many of our services are on Choose & Book and for those that are not, downloadable referral forms are available, where possible, from the website - which also shows you the services that are available.

We are committed to working with you to develop and improve on your performance reporting systems, customer satisfaction surveys / reviews as well as our quality management against internal and national standards for delivering excellent community services. Working with GPs and referrers, we have established a professional, flexible, responsive and effective customer service model. 

  • Quality Review Process – THLC is passionate at maintaining quality in everything we do and we welcome feedback, whether good or bad, from you and your patients.
  • Customer satisfaction process -  although the services are provided by a number providers, we will ensure there is high patient satisfaction. We will co-ordinate the services and quality throughout the building.
